Hello, I'm Bridgette Spencer! Baking has always been more than just mixing ingredients for me—it's a way to bring joy, celebrate milestones, and create unforgettable memories.
After years of perfecting family recipes and studying the delicate art of pastry, I opened Sweets By Bridgette here in the heart of Cairo. My goal was simple: to bring a touch of elegance and a whole lot of flavor to our vibrant city.
